Sub: Deleting and Re-submitting Application for Validation of Option / Joint Option
Madam/ Sir,
Many representations have been received from pensioners / members with request to provide online facility to correct errors in their Applications for Validation of Option / Joint Option and to file uploads.
- Accordingly, in the online functionality, a button for ‘Delete Application’ has been provided to the employees. The employee after deleting application can, thereafter, if he/she so desires, file a fresh Application for Validation of Option / Joint Option with correct details / uploads.
- However, this button can be used only if the employer has not acted on the Application for Validation of Option / Joint Option submitted by the employee.
- Where employer has already acted on the Application for Validation of Option / Joint Option, the employee wont be able to use the Delete Button. However, even in such cases, employee will be provided opportunity to rectify the errors after the scrutiny of Application for Validation of Option / Joint Option by the Field Offices as per the HO circular dated 23.04.2023 (Sr. No. 18 of 2023-24).

ఆప్షన్ / జాయింట్ ఆప్షన్ యొక్క ధృవీకరణ కోసం మరియు అప్‌లోడ్‌లను ఫైల్ చేయడానికి వారి దరఖాస్తులలో లోపాలను సరిచేయడానికి ఆన్‌లైన్ సదుపాయాన్ని అందించమని అభ్యర్థనతో పెన్షనర్లు / సభ్యుల నుండి అనేక ప్రాతినిధ్యాలు స్వీకరించబడ్డాయి.
- దీని ప్రకారం, ఆన్‌లైన్ ఫంక్షనాలిటీలో, ఉద్యోగులకు ‘డిలీట్ అప్లికేషన్’ కోసం ఒక బటన్ అందించబడింది. దరఖాస్తును తొలగించిన తర్వాత ఉద్యోగి, అతను/ఆమె కోరుకున్నట్లయితే, సరైన వివరాలు/అప్‌లోడ్‌లతో ఆప్షన్/జాయింట్ ఆప్షన్ యొక్క ధ్రువీకరణ కోసం తాజా దరఖాస్తును ఫైల్ చేయవచ్చు.
- అయితే, ఉద్యోగి సమర్పించిన ఆప్షన్ / జాయింట్ ఆప్షన్ యొక్క ధ్రువీకరణ దరఖాస్తుపై యజమాని చర్య తీసుకోనట్లయితే మాత్రమే ఈ బటన్‌ను ఉపయోగించవచ్చు.
- ఎంపిక / జాయింట్ ఆప్షన్ యొక్క ధ్రువీకరణ కోసం దరఖాస్తుపై యజమాని ఇప్పటికే చర్య తీసుకున్నట్లయితే, ఉద్యోగి తొలగించు బటన్‌ను ఉపయోగించలేరు. అయినప్పటికీ, అటువంటి సందర్భాలలో కూడా, ఉద్యోగి 23.04.2023 నాటి HO సర్క్యులర్ ప్రకారం (Sr. No. 18 of 2023-) ప్రకారం ఫీల్డ్ ఆఫీసుల ద్వారా ఆప్షన్ / జాయింట్ ఆప్షన్ యొక్క ధ్రువీకరణ కోసం దరఖాస్తు యొక్క పరిశీలన తర్వాత లోపాలను సరిదిద్దడానికి అవకాశం కల్పించబడుతుంది. 24)
