- The field office examines higher pension applications and joint options given by employees and employers.
- Wage details submitted by employers are cross-checked with Field Office (FO) figures.
- If the details given by the FVO matches, the dues are calculated and an order is passed for depositing/transferring the same.
- If there is a difference in the details, the employer and the employee/pensioner will be informed about that information and they will be given a month’s time to submit the complete information.
- If the submitted application form/joint option is not approved by the employer, the employer will be given a period of one month to furnish additional proof, rectify the mistakes (even those made by the employees/pensioners) and inform the employees/pensioners.
- Even if the submitted application is incomplete, there are mistakes in it, or it is found not eligible, the Regional Provident Fund office will seek information from the employers within a month. Employees/pensioners will be informed about that.

- Applicants can register any dispute related to higher pension applications in EPFiGMS. A dispute should be registered by submitting the relevant claim form and making the payment, if any. Disputes to be registered by the Registrar..should refer to Supreme Court judgment dated 1st November 2022 on higher pension.
- Regional and zonal offices monitor those disputes.

EPS 95 PENSION NEWS : EPFO – తేడాలు సరిచేయడానికి నెల గడువు.. అధిక పెన్షన్‌ దరఖాస్తులపై ఈపీఎఫ్‌ఓ సర్క్యులర్‌
అధిక పెన్షన్‌ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసే సమయం దగ్గరపడుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో ఉద్యోగులు, యాజమాన్యాలు సమర్పించిన సమాచారం, వేతన వివరాల స్క్రూటి నీ విధానంపై ఎంప్లాయీస్‌ ప్రావిడెంట్‌ ఫండ్‌ (ఈపీఎఫ్‌వో) తాజాగా ఒక సర్క్యులర్‌ జారీచేసింది.
ఈ దరఖాస్తులకు మే 3గడువు తేదీగా గతంలో నిర్ణయించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఏప్రిల్‌ 23వ తేదీతో విడుదల చేసిన సర్క్యులర్‌ వివరాలు.
- అధిక పెన్షన్‌ దరఖాస్తుల్ని, ఉద్యోగులు, యాజమాన్యాలు కలిసి ఇచ్చిన ఉమ్మడి ఆప్షన్లను ఫీల్డ్‌ ఆఫీస్‌ పరిశీలిస్తుంది.
- యాజమాన్యాలు సమర్పించిన వేతన వివరాలను ఫీల్డ్‌ కార్యలయాల (ఎఫ్‌వో) గణాంకాలతో సరిచూస్తారు.
- ఎఫ్‌వో వద్దనున్నవి, యాజమాన్యాలు ఇచ్చిన వివరాలు సరిపోలితే..బకాయిల్ని లెక్కించి, వాటిని డిపాజిట్‌/బదిలీ చేయడానికి ఆర్డర్‌ పాస్‌ చేస్తారు.
- వివరాల్లో తేడా ఉంటే ఆ సమాచారాన్ని యాజమాని, ఉద్యోగి/పెన్షనర్‌కు తెలియపర్చి, పూర్తి సమాచారం సమర్పించేందుకు నెల సమయం ఇస్తారు.
- సమర్పించిన దరఖాస్తు ఫారం/ఉమ్మడి ఆప్షన్‌ను యజమాని అప్రూవ్‌ చేయకపోతే అదనపు ప్రూఫ్‌ను ఇవ్వడానికి, పొరపాట్లను (ఉద్యోగులు/పెన్షనర్లు చేసినవి కూడా) సరిదిద్దడానికి యజమానికి నెలరోజుల గడువు ఇచ్చి, ఆ విషయాన్ని ఉద్యోగులు/పెన్షనర్లకు తెలియపరుస్తారు.
- సమర్పించిన దరఖాస్తు అసంపూర్తిగా ఉన్నా, అందులో తప్పులు ఉన్నా, అర్హమైనది కాదని గుర్తించినా యజమానుల నుంచి రీజనల్‌ ప్రావిడెంట్‌ ఫం డ్‌ కార్యాలయం నెలరోజుల్లో సమాచారం కోరుతుంది. ఆ విషయాన్ని ఉద్యోగులు/పెన్షనర్లకు తెలియచేస్తారు.
- పూర్తి సమాచారం అందితే ఆ దరఖాస్తును/ఉమ్మడి ఆప్షన్‌ను ప్రాసెస్‌ చేస్తారు. ఒక వేళ అందకపోయినా, ఎపీఎఫ్‌సీ/ఆర్‌పీఎఫ్‌సీ-2/ఆర్‌పీఎఫ్‌సీ-1 మెరిట్‌ను బట్టి ఆర్డరు జారీచేస్తుంది.
- అధిక పెన్షన్‌ దరఖాస్తులకు సంబంధించి ఏ వివాదాన్నయినా దరఖాస్తుదార్లు EPFiGMS లో రిజిష్టర్‌ చేయవచ్చు. సంబంధిత విజ్ఞాపన ఫారాన్ని సమర్పించి, చెల్లింపులేవైనా ఉంటే చేసి వివాదాన్ని రిజిష్టర్‌ చేయాలి. రిజిష్టర్‌ చేసే వివాదాలు..అధిక పెన్షన్‌పై 2022 నవంబర్‌ 1నాటి సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీర్పును రిఫర్‌ చేసేవి అయి ఉండాలి.
- ఆ వివాదాల్ని రీజనల్‌, జోనల్‌ కార్యాలయాలు పర్యవేక్షిస్తాయి.
