According to the instructions of Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur letter no. F 2 ( ) / Ralsa / DS I / 2608126111 dated 13.9.2019 and letter 2 ( 37 ) / PLV / DS I / 20000-35 dated 24.11.2021, District Legal Services Authority Jalore Applications are invited from eligible candidates to prepare a panel for training on the posts of 29 Paralegal Volunteers for the operation of Legal Services Center established at the Headquarters of each Panchayat Samiti (except Panchayat Samiti Ahor and Sanchore) of the district :

Application Form: – For this examination, the candidate will have to submit the application form only in the prescribed format given in the release.
Interview / Examination: – After examining the applications received from the applicants, the interview of the eligible applicants will be done, the candidates who are successful in the interview will be given PLV. training will be given. After the training, the successful candidates will be given an identity card by the District Legal Services Authority, which will have the symbol of the District Legal Services Authority.
Character: – It is mandatory for the applicant to submit the character certificate given by two such eminent persons who are not related to the applicant. Such character certificates should not be more than six months old.
Physical Eligibility: The applicant should be in perfect mental and physical health and should not have any physical defect which interferes with the normal services and performance. There should not be any pending case against the applicant and should not be from political perspective.
The following documents should be submitted along with the application form:
1 For the date of birth certificate of the secondary examination or attested copy of the certificate.
2 Attested copies of certificates of educational qualification.
3 Two original character certificates with date which should not be more than six months old.
4 Affix (do not staple) the latest passport size photograph with self signature on the application form. of certificate
5 Attested copy of the original residence certificate.
6 Documents regarding verification of being a local resident of the village falling under the jurisdiction of Panchayat Samiti for the Panchayat Samiti for which the applicant is applying, Aadhar card / Ration card / Voter ID card / Domicile or any other equivalent Self attested copy of the certificate.
7 Self attested affidavit that there is no pending litigation of any kind.
