Rules for backlog application :
➡️ Only those above 18 years of age and below 52 years of age as on 01.07.2021 are eligible.
➡️ Disability: Government Orders GOMS No.31 Department of Welfare of Women and Children with Disabilities and the Elderly as on 01.12.2009, This certificate is certified by the Medical Board for candidates with disabilities of 40% and above who are blind and physically handicapped , Only deaf people with a disability of 51% and above are eligible for the deaf category (PD Act. 2016).
➡️ Selection Process: Government orders for jobs within the above DSC are subject to GO. U.S. No. 74 General Administration (Services – A) Department Date: As on 14.07.2007, the candidates who get the highest marks in the prescribed qualifications for the job will be selected.
➡️ Those jobs which do not fall under the purview of the above DSC will be selected on the basis of the following factors and those who get the highest marks out of which they will be codified and prescribed. 20 marks for age, 20 marks for disability, 10 marks for implementation seniority, total = 50 marks.
➡️ The 1st place in the Merit List will be sent to the Appellate Medical Board for Disability, Visakhapatnam to ascertain the exact percentage of disability for them. No TA for Atti candidates. , D.A. Not paid from this office. The marks they get may increase or decrease depending on the percentage of disability they have been certified by the Appellate Medical Board. Appointments are made by the Appellate Tribunals / Medical Board taking into account the percentage of disability they have certified.
➡️ The Appellate Medical Board on Disability, Visakhapatnam will send the next person to the Appellate Medical Board on merit basis if the percentage of disability is reduced (weightage marks on merit is reduced) in their report.
➡️ Certificates of educational qualifications will also be sent to the concerned authorities for verification. This includes rejecting the applicant’s application if the credentials are not substantiated and the next person will be considered.

➡️ The percentage of marks obtained in the qualifications is equal to that of any applicant and the highest percentage of those with disabilities will be given preference.

Number of government orders for those who are blind and deaf to jobs in the range who were educated in a special school in another district. 104, Date: 24-3-2000 The local residence of the blind and deaf is determined by the Department of General Administration (SPFA). The applicant should attach the local residency certificate of their mother and father.
➡️ D.Sc. For blind jobs which are not covered, the blind can apply for the above mentioned jobs if they have completed 10th class directly without 5th class / 7th class qualification. Non-5th class / 7th class candidates will be considered for selection only if they are not available.
➡️ The above jobs are not subject to selection basis but are subject to the orders issued by the Government at the time of selection.
