ACB Court dismissed Chandrababu Naidu Petition
పిటిషన్ ను కొట్టివేసిన ఏసీబీ కోర్ట్ : స్కిల్ కేసులో అధినేత చంద్ర బాబు నాయుడు అరెస్టు సమయంలో అక్కడున్న సిఐడి అధికారుల కల్ డేటా రికార్డు కావలని కోరుతూ దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్ పై మంగళవారం ఆసిబి కోర్ట్ తీర్పు వెల్వరించింది.
చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు అరెస్టు చేసే సమయానికి ముందు సిఐడి అధికారులు పలువుర్ని ఫోన్ ద్వారా సంప్రధించారని ఆ వివరాలు తెలిస్తే అరెస్టులో కీలక విషయాలు బయటపడతాయని ఆయన తరపు న్యాయవాదులు విచారణ సందర్భంగా వదనులు వినిపించారు.
దర్యాప్తు సమాయలో కేసుకు సంబందించిన అధికార్లు పలువూరిని సంప్రదిస్తుంటారని సిఐడి తరపు న్యాయవాది కోర్ట్ కు తెలిపారు. ఆ సమాయలో అధికారులు కాల్ డేటా ఇవ్వడం గోప్యతకు భంగమని, ఆ ప్రభావం విచారణపై పడుతుందని వాదించారు. ఈ కేసులో ఈ నెల 27న వాదనలు పూర్తిగా ఈ ఏసీబీ కోర్ట్ తీర్పును రిజర్వ్ చేసింది. పిటిషన్ ను కొట్టివేస్తూ ఇవాళ తీర్పు వెల్లడించింది.
ACB Court dismissed the petition: On Tuesday, the ACB Court ruled on the petition filed seeking the call data record of the CID officers who were there during the arrest of leader Chandra Babu Naidu in the skill case.
Before the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu, the CID officials had contacted many people over the phone and if those details were known, the lawyers on his behalf said during the trial that the key facts would be revealed during the arrest.
CID’s lawyer told the court that the officials involved in the case will contact many people during the investigation. At the time, officials argued that the release of call data was a breach of privacy and would affect the investigation. The ACB Court reserved its judgment in this case on 27th of this month. The verdict was announced today dismissing the petition.
