డబ్బు శాశ్వతం కాదు….. డబ్బే జీవితమూ కాదు
ఒక జడ్జి తన వృత్తినుండి పదవివిరమణ అయ్యాక తన భార్య తో తనలోని భావాలను ఇలా పంచుకుంటున్నారు.
“లక్ష్మీ నేను లాయర్ గా ఉన్నప్పుడు కాని జడ్జి గా ఉన్నప్పుడు కాని ఈరోజు నేను చూసిన నా చివరి కేసు లాంటిది చూడనే లేదు” అని అన్నాడు.
ఏంటా కేసు అని ఆమె అడగగా
“ఒక తండ్రి తన కొడుకు తనకు నెలకు డబ్బులు ఇవ్వడం లేదని కేసు” అన్నాడు.
కొడుకుని పిలిచి
“ఏంటయ్యా నీ తండ్రికి నెలకు సరిపడండబ్బులు ఎందుకు ఇవ్వడం లేదు” అని అడిగాను
“మా తండ్రిగారు ఒక ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగిగా పదవి విరమణ పొందిన వ్యక్తి.
నెలనేలా ఆయనకు పెన్షన్ వస్తున్నది.
బాగానే డబ్బులు ఉన్న వ్యక్తి నా పైన ఇలా ఎందుకు కేసు పెట్టాడో అర్థం కాలేదు” అని కొడుకు అన్నాడు
ఆ తండ్రి “అవును డబ్బుకు నాకు లోటులేదు కాని నా కొడుకు నెలకు 100 రూపాయలు కానివ్వండి స్వయంగా వచ్చి అందించేలా తీర్పు ఇవ్వమని” అడిగాడు
తీర్పు చెప్పాక ఆ తండ్రిని కలిసాను.. ఎందుకయ్యా ఇలా అడిగావు అని ప్రశ్నించాను.
“మాకు ఉన్నది ఒక్కడే కొడుకు…. మీరు ఇచ్చే తీర్పు కారణంగా అయినా నెలకు ఒక్కసారి మా దగ్గరకు వచ్చి మాతో గడిపి వెళ్ళగలడని ఆశ… వాళ్ళ అమ్మకు వాడంటే ప్రాణం” అని అన్నాడు.
ఇలా చెబుతూ ఆయన కళ్ళు తడిచాయి
డబ్బే ప్రధానం అనుకుంటారు… అంత కంటే ఎక్కువగా మనల్ని ఎదురుచూసే వారుంటారు అని గుర్తించలేము.
నాకెందుకో అప్పటి కన్నవారికి నేడు ఉన్న తల్లితండ్రులకి చాలా తేడా కనిపిస్తుంది
నాటి కాలంలో మా పిల్లలు డబ్బు సంపాదించకపోయినా పర్లేదు పిల్లలు మా కళ్ళ ముందు ఉంటే చాలు.. సరిపడా సంపాదన చాలు అనుకునే వారు
నేడు తల్లిదండ్రులు, పిల్లలు అంటే వారు విదేశాలకు వెళ్ళిపోవాలి… లక్షలు సంపాదించాలి అని కోరుకుంటున్నారు
అందుకే ప్రేమ ఆప్యాయతలు బంధాలు అనేవాటికి విలువ లేకుండా పోయింది
ఎవరైనా ఇవన్నీ పిల్లల నుండి ఆశిస్తుంటే పిచ్చి వాళ్లను చూసినట్టు చూస్తున్నారు.
